Refund and Returns Policy

At White Belle Skincare, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Any product that has been used or opened

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@whitebelleskincare.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@whitebelleskincare.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at admin@whitebelleskincare.com with details of the issue and your order number.

7. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@whitebelleskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
